Rhythm
5-part rhythm:
- Learn this (no Lap Map) – tap on beat 1, sing on numbers, whisper on dots. Try taking a breath on the dots to help
- Pay attention to which cause of error happens when you make a mistake and apply the cure
- Reaction: something new takes you by surprise. Cure: Eagle vision
- Anticipation: this can be daydreaming, or getting worried about a difficult part coming up. Cure: Eagle vision, get back into feeling your tapping, hearing your singing/whispering
- Looking Back: You look back to a mistake you just made and start talking to yourself about it. Cure: Tell the “bad coach” to stop, and keep moving forward

- count out loud – do not only count in your head
- play 3 times in a row with counting out loud. If you make a mistake, you start over until you don’t make a mistake 3 times row

- play through based on the sound, using the sheet music to help you out with the pitches
