  • Do 5-Part Lap Map, making up your own rhythms. You can look at the Longy rhythms and choose ones you see there to try
  • Then do 5-Part rhythm the “old” way
  • stop if you make a mistake and figure out what the mistake was and which of the 3 causes of error it was

  • count out loud
  • do 3-10-3, and try using intervals

  • work on playing legato LH and staccato RH in m.6 – try playing staccato with both hands, and then play as written
  • m.20 don’t worry about counting the arpeggios, but resume counting when you hit the half note

  • use 3-10-3 to learn
  • try to rely upon the feel of the keys for any leaps
