- Do 5-Part Lap Map, making up your own rhythms. You can look at the Longy rhythms and choose ones you see there to try
- Then do 5-Part rhythm the “old” way
- stop if you make a mistake and figure out what the mistake was and which of the 3 causes of error it was

- work on the transitions in feeling where your hands should go, rather than watching them

- count out loud
- do 3-10-3, and try using intervals

- work on playing legato LH and staccato RH in m.6 – try playing staccato with both hands, and then play as written
- m.20 don’t worry about counting the arpeggios, but resume counting when you hit the half note

- use 3-10-3 to learn
- try to rely upon the feel of the keys for any leaps
