- do 1 8va as quarter notes (up and down) then right onto 2 8vas in 8ths
- remember to keep the wrist still and have an ergonomic angle to the arm
- go on to G major when easy

- Continue working on detached/staccato 8ths. Treat them like 16th note+16th rest. Work hands together two measures at a time with lots of repetition until you feel comfortable before moving on

- Try to make the 2nd 8th notes (‘ands’) in RH less than the on-beat 8ths (see accents in m.1) – be sure to work on this hands separately with pedal
- m. 7 try playing grace notes slower
- work on LH alone, imagining a cello is playing this and think of what they may do musically with each phrase, then try to imitate that with your dynamics and timing
