Rhythm
4-part rhythm:
- Do this with the Lap Map – try improvising on the Lap Map first with some of the rhythms in the Longy chart
- Pay attention to which cause of error happens when you make a mistake and apply the cure
- Reaction: something new takes you by surprise. Cure: Eagle vision
- Anticipation: this can be daydreaming, or getting worried about a difficult part coming up. Cure: Eagle vision, get back into feeling your tapping, hearing your singing/whispering
- Looking Back: You look back to a mistake you just made and start talking to yourself about it. Cure: Tell the “bad coach” to stop, and keep moving forward

Learn Skipping with Checkers p. 22-23
- count out loud
- pay attention to skips
- play once every day

Do p. 33-34 if not already done

Lessons
Hey, Hey, Look At Me, Allegro, Elephant Ride p. 52-54
- count out loud – do not only count in your head
- play 3 times in a row with counting out loud. If you make a mistake, you start over until you don’t make a mistake 3 times row
- Look out for skips

- write in counting
- play 3 times per day with counting out loud each time
- watch out for skips
