G Major Scale, chords, and arpeggios 2 octaves hands together slowly

  • level wrist (not high and low), and relaxed elbows

  • Do 5-Part Lap Map, making up your own rhythms. You can look at the Longy rhythms and choose ones you see there to try
  • Then do 5-Part rhythm the “old” way
  • stop if you make a mistake and figure out what the mistake was and which of the 3 causes of error it was

  • learn in small sections (2 measures at a time) using 3-10-3: Play the section 3 times in a row, then wait 10 seconds, and play it another 3 times, then move on to the next section and do the same

  • work only on the Exposition (the part before the repeat sign)
