Rhythm
4-part rhythm:
- Do this with ONLY tapping LH on beat 1, and whisper the numbers on the dots. Use your Good Coach to remind yourself to be in Eagle Vision
- Pay attention to which cause of error happens when you make a mistake and apply the cure
- Reaction: something new takes you by surprise. Cure: Eagle vision
- Anticipation: this can be daydreaming, or getting worried about a difficult part coming up. Cure: Eagle vision, get back into feeling your tapping, hearing your singing/whispering
- Looking Back: You look back to a mistake you just made and start talking to yourself about it. Cure: Tell the “bad coach” to stop, and keep moving forward
