Technique/Scales

  • Eb major scale (two 8va), chords, arpeggios (one 8va) – hands together, for scale pause before each black key to think: ascending RH is automatic, so LH needs to do opposite finger (3 or 4), on descending, LH is automatic so RH will be opposite
  • Ploger: 6-Part Lap Map p. 68 improv and 6-part Longy Rhythm (separately)

Theory/Sightreading

  • Theory – RCM Unit 3
  • Sight Reading 3B – finish off additional material in back

  • Play through slowly, working on the transitions. Use the harmonic analysis to help with some of those spots
