G Major Scale, chords, and arpeggios 2 octaves hands together slowly

• Curve fingers
• Have the hand/arm angled outward
• level wrist (not high and low), and relaxed elbows

Nocturne:

• for the blue measures, do 3-10-3 to help remember how they go. Once those are easy, just try playing through them at random times while practicing something else
• for the pink measures, work on making the LH pp and the RH mf or louder. When this is easy, you can try using the soft pedal (left) to help get things softer overall

Bach:

• pick only 3-5 notes to work on at a time for 3-10-3 to learn this first page. Feel free to just play through once hands separately to figure out what your’e doing before trying 3-10-3 hands together for that segment. Make sure you take a break after 10 minutes

Stars and Stripes:

• don’t work on this yet until after your next lesson (as it is on the sheet)
