Attire

Boys:

• white long-sleeve button-down shirt like this: boys white shirt
• Tie (clip on is perfect): red, green, or any dark color
• Black dress pants or nice khakis (no cargo pants)
• dress shoes
• dark socks

Girls:

• knee-length or longer dress or dressy top and skirt (knee-length or longer) in red, green, black, or white (or any combination of these colors – can use accessories for green/red color)
• stockings in white, black or natural color like this: girls stockings
• dress shoes

Tues. Nov. 28 – 4:30pm Performance at Addington Place in Titusville

• We should be done by 5:00 or a bit earlier as they will be starting dinner at that time

About Practice

It is expected that each child will practice their music 2-3 days each week by listening to all of the warm-ups and songs (if we are singing in parts, they only need to listen to their part) provided on the website while reading the sheet music and singing along. We will be singing the songs during rehearsal, but may not be able to get through everything until closer to the concert, so it is important they spend some time on their own.

• Tuition: $125 for all rehearsals and performance. Non-refundable, and no make ups can be given for absences. Concert attire is separate.
• Payment can be made through Zelle (preferred) to [email protected], Venmo to Erin-Philleo-1, or check.
• Rehearsals are Tuesdays 4:30-5:30. Please be prompt in picking up your child, as Erin has to leave shortly after rehearsal ends.
• Rehearsal dates are: 5, 12, 19, 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24 (no rehearsal Oct. 31), Nov. 7, 14 (no rehearsal Nov. 21), 28, Dec. 5, with dress rehearsal and concert dates TBD.
• Children are expected to attend all rehearsals possible. However, if they are sick, please do not come to rehearsal.
• All rehearsals will be at Erin’s home studio at 3675 Muirfield Dr, Titusville.
• Text Erin at 715.571.5100 to let her know if your child cannot attend rehearsal.
• If a child has too many absences or misses rehearsals prior to a performance, the director may ask that child to not perform.
• There is a refundable $10 deposit for the sheet music and folder, which is to be returned to me prior to the concert. If music is lost, destroyed, or not returned, then the deposit will be used to replenish stock. If child will be continuing to the next semester and hasn’t used the deposit, we can carry forward the deposit
• Music should be brought to every rehearsal and concert – even if music is memorized.
